Here are the list of the top waterfalls in Cebu that you won't want to miss on your next visit to the Philippines.

1. Kawasan Falls

One of the best waterfalls in the Philippines is Kawasan Falls in the island province of Cebu. This multi-tiered waterfall is located in Barangay Matutinao, Badian, on Cebu's southern coast, approximately 103 kilometers from Cebu City. This seaside hamlet is surrounded by natural wonders like rivers, freshwater streams, and enormous jungle gorges.

Tours to Kawasan Falls have always been popular among international and domestic tourists. This place is a photographer's dream come true! Kawasan Falls' magnificent turquoise water and natural ponds enchant visitors. Locals frequently relate this color to the blue Gatorade drink. Kawasan Falls is located at the foot of the Mantalongon Mountain Range, surrounded by a beautiful green environment and high limestone canyon walls.

2. Cambais Falls

Cambais waterfalls, located in the southern Cebu mountains, captivate and enchant those who visit them with their exquisite beauty. It is a multi-leveled waterfall with turquoise waters that draws active hikers and interested explorers who enjoy an adventure.

The waterfalls have a distinct and magnificent beauty that is difficult to compare to other waterfalls in the south. Beyond the woodlands and walking routes lies a stunning waterfall paradise is hidden away from the rest of the world and the bustling city.

3. Aguinid Falls

Aguinid Falls is one of Cebu, Philippines' most unique and fascinating waterfalls. This multi-tiered waterfall is a thrilling excursion that I strongly recommend adding to your list of things to do in Cebu!

It's not as well-known as Kawasan Falls, but the news is spreading quickly about this exciting waterfall that promotes eco-tourism in the surrounding area. Aguinid Falls is located on Cebu Island's southwestern shore. It takes about 40 minutes to drive from Oslob and an hour from Moalboal.

4. Mantayupan Falls

Mantayupan Falls is a colossal waterfall in Barili, South Cebu, and it is the tallest waterfall on the island of Cebu. She's a sight to witness as she plummets down the cliff face into the vast basin below, standing 98 meters tall. Mantayupan Falls, astonishingly easy to get, is a must-see if you're in the vicinity.

Mantayupan Falls is about a 2-hour drive from Cebu City or a little under an hour from Moalboal. Mantayupan Falls is easily accessible via Google Maps or by following the pin below. The entrance to the falls is about a 10-minute walk from the town center of Barili.

5. Tumalog Falls

Tumalog Falls, located on Cebu Island, is one of the Philippines' most stunning waterfalls. The turquoise waters of the falls aren't quite as vivid as those of Kawasan Falls, but the sheer grandeur of the cascade makes it a must-see.

Due to its reasonably secluded location, Tumalog Falls in South Cebu was discovered in 2012. However, the waterfall is now easily accessible by road. It's a fantastic site to visit as part of a day excursion exploring the beautiful waterfalls of South Cebu.

6. Binalayan Falls

Binalayan Falls, also known as the Hidden Falls, is a hidden jewel waiting to be discovered. It has a spectacular 30 to 45-foot cliff leap that is ideal for thrill-seekers. This location is accessible and a must-see during your waterfall-chasing adventure in Southern Cebu.

This lovely waterfall may be found in Barangay Bonbon, Samboan, and Cebu. There are several spectacular falls in this province's southern part. Therefore visiting the Binalayan Falls is a must for any traveler.

7. Dao Falls

Aside from the well-known Kawasan Falls in Badian, there are other lesser-known and underestimated waterfalls in Cebu, Philippines. If you're searching for a less touristy but equally beautiful waterfall, we recommend Dao Falls in Samboan, Cebu.

Suba, Samboan, Southern Cebu is home to Dao Falls. It is roughly 138 kilometers from the city and would typically take 4 hours (private car) or up to 5 hours (public transportation) (public transport).

8. Tinubdan Falls

Tinubdan Falls is a mysterious waterfall refuge hidden behind the beautiful highlands of Catmon. Tinubdan Falls was formerly only known to the nearby barangays, but even then, it wasn't frequented by many people due to the myriad mysteries surrounding it. There were rumors of individuals going missing in the area of the falls, and sometimes villagers would hear splashing sounds from the river, even though it was empty.

9. Inambakan Falls

For a good reason, Inambakan Falls in the little village of Ginatilan is one of the most famous waterfalls in South Cebu. It consists of five turquoise blue cascades in the middle of a tropical jungle and is easily accessible to nearly everyone. It's a natural playground that attracts both locals and tourists all year.

Inambakan Falls is located in the town of Ginatilan on Cebu Island's southern coast. It's a 3.5-hour drive from Cebu City, which isn't impossible. Even though nearly every other waterfall in the vicinity had reopened to local tourists, Inambakan Falls remained closed for illogical reasons.
